Man with 3 kids kills daughter to contest Maharashtra panchayat poll; arrested by Telangana police

A Maharashtra man, Pandurang Kondamangale, has been arrested for allegedly drowning his six-year-old daughter to become eligible for local elections. Maharashtra law bars candidates with more than two children. The village sarpanch, Ganesh Shinde, is also held for aiding the plot.
