OnePlus has announced the launch of two new gadgets in India. The company’s smartphone OnePlus 15R and tablet OnePlus Pad Go-2 will be launched next month on December 17. The starting price of OnePlus 15R is said to be around ₹45,000. While the Pad Go 2 could prove to be a better option for students and professionals as a budget flagship tablet. The company has shared a teaser image, which hints at color options and some specs. OnePlus 15R Specifications: Powerful processor and camera setup The OnePlus 15R is considered to be a re-branded version of China’s OnePlus AC 6, but the Indian version may have some changes. Regarding the display, it will feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K LTPS AMOLED screen with a 165Hz refresh rate. On the back side, there will be a dual 50MP camera setup, which includes a primary camera with OIS support. To make the phone water and dust resistant, it has been given IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings. This means it can withstand submersion in water or high-pressure water jets for up to 30 minutes.
Color options will include Charcoal Black and Mint Breeze. The software will be based on Oxygen OS 16. OnePlus Pad Go 2: Better for students and professionals The company has described the Pad Go 2 as a high-quality tablet within budget. It will come with 5G connectivity, providing high-speed internet anywhere.

The special thing is that it will come with the new OnePlus Pad Go 2 Stylo, which is useful for taking notes, sketching, and productivity tasks. Color options will include Shadow Black and Lavender Drift. The company says that it will help students create study notes and professionals manage meetings.
However, details like display size, processor, or battery are not yet confirmed, but it is expected to be an upgrade from the previous model. Expected price and availability According to reports, the base variant of the OnePlus 15R is expected to be priced around ₹45,000.

What changed and what remained the same from the previous model Looking at the OnePlus 15R, it resembles the AC 6, but the processor will be Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, whereas the AC 6 had Snapdragon 8 Elite. There’s also a change in the camera setup – now dual 50MP, previously 50MP+8MP. Water resistance has been kept the same as the OnePlus 15, which makes the phone more durable. The Pad Go 2 has the same camera setup as the old Pad Go, but with add-ons like 5G and Stylus, it will feel like an upgrade.
