Tech company OnePlus is launching its new flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 15, in India today (November 13). This will be India’s first smartphone to come with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor.
Additionally, the OnePlus 15 is the first phone to feature the DetailMax Image Engine, which enhances photo quality. The phone will also come with a 7300mAh battery with 120W charging and 16GB RAM. The launch event will begin at 7 PM, which can be watched live on the official website and all of the brand’s social media platforms. The phone’s sale will start at 8 PM. First phone in India with a processor and DetailMax Image Engine 1. DetailMax Image Engine: This is OnePlus’s first in-house designed computational imaging software, which uses advanced algorithms and powerful processors to capture and process more data in smartphone cameras.
It presents photos in a completely real and clear manner, without over-beautification or distortion, so that details remain sharp even when zoomed in. 2. Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Processor: This is an octa-core mobile CPU built on 3-nanometer architecture, which can run at a clock speed of up to 4.6GHz. After OnePlus 15, Realme GT 8 Pro and iQOO 15 phones will also be launched in India with the same chipset.
Design: Micro Arc Oxidation Treatment with three color options OnePlus 15 is built on an aluminum frame, which uses the industry’s first Micro Arc Oxidation Treatment. The company claims that it is 3.4 times tougher than raw aluminum and 1.5 times stronger than titanium. The mobile has received IP66 + IP68 + IP69 + IP69K rating, which protects the phone from dust and water, as well as from spills of liquids like tea or oil. The phone will come with Infinity Black, Ultra Violet, and Sand Dune color options. OnePlus 15 : Specifications 1. Display: The phone features a large 6.78-inch screen with 1.5K resolution. This means pictures and videos will appear very clear and sharp. It is a flat screen, built on a third-generation BOE Flexible Oriental OLED panel. It includes a 50-megapixel main camera, which, combined with the Sony LYT700 sensor, makes normal photos clear and detailed. Along with this, it features a 50-megapixel 3.5x periscope telephoto lens with 3.5X zoom and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera. Meanwhile, for video calls and selfies, there’s a 32-megapixel front camera, which provides clear selfies and videos. 3.
