
Apple has launched its fifth retail store in India today (December 11), located at DLF Mall of India in Noida. This is the second Apple Store in the Delhi NCR region, following the first, which opened in April 2023.
With earlier store launches in Bengaluru on September 2 and Pune on September 4 this year, Noida marks Apple’s third new store opening in India for 2025. Tim Cook had previously confirmed that the company planned to add four more stores in India beyond Mumbai and Delhi. The new Noida outlet will showcase Apple’s latest lineup, including the iPhone 17 series, the M5-powered MacBook Pro, and the new 14-inch MacBook Pro.

Most expensive store in India, monthly rent of ₹45.3 lakh. Apple’s new Noida outlet has become the most expensive retail store in India in terms of rent. According to sub-lease documents sourced from CRE Matrix, the company will be paying around ₹45.3 lakh per month for the space. The store occupies 8,240 sq ft on the ground floor of DLF Mall of India. Apple will not pay rent for the first year, but after that, the rent will be charged at ₹263.15 per sq ft. This works out to roughly ₹45 lakh a month, adding up to over ₹5 crore each year. Across the full lease term, the total rent is expected to touch ₹65 crore. Why is the Noida Apple Store special? The new Apple Store at DLF Mall of India in Noida’s Sector 18 has been designed with a strong focus on the city’s youth. Noida attracts people from across the country, UP, Delhi, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand and Bengal, many of whom come here for jobs and career opportunities. With a large young workforce employed in IT and other sectors, the city has a vibrant, tech-savvy demographic. Apple aims to tap into this audience by creating a space that helps young consumers experience its products more closely and build a stronger connection with the brand. Apple’s growth rapidly increasing in India India has consistently emerged as an important market for Apple. According to market tracker IDC, the company could sell 150 million iPhones in the country in 2025. This could push Apple’s market share above 10% for the first time. In the September quarter, Apple became India’s fourth-largest smartphone vendor, where the company recorded 25% year-on-year growth with sales of approximately 5 million units.

’Today at Apple’ sessions will also be held in the store ‘Today at Apple’ sessions will be organised at the Noida store, which will be completely free. In these sessions, Apple’s creatives will give workshops to customers on topics such as digital art, storytelling, productivity, and coding. These sessions will be especially for those who want to learn to use their Apple devices better or want to do something new and creative. Gadgets can be purchased and service will also be available
