A 26-year-old man tragically died on the Outer Ring Road after being hit by two lorries within 20 minutes. While inspecting damage to his car after an initial collision, he was struck by a second lorry, succumbing to his injuries at the scene. His friend’s wife also sustained injuries in the incident.
